If any drive data got converted to .cfa format use following command to restore it.
Data got converted to CFA format file when Quick Heal Antivirus backup data directly to any drive, use Cfrutil.exe command.
1. Click on Windows Start Menu and type CMD in Search windows
2.Right click on the Search result for CMD and click on Run As Administrator.
3. Type 'cd \' and hit Enter.
4. (change the drive) to quick heal internet security application folder as shown in the pic last.
If Quick Heal is installed in “C:\Program Files\Quick Heal\Quick Heal Total Security” then type below syntax in command prompt window.
C:\>cd<space>C:\Program Files\Quick Heal\Quick Heal Total Security”
3. Type cfrutil.exe /restore <backup folder modification date and time> <Path_to_restore_data> as shown in the screenshot.
Note:Time input can be accepted only in 24 Hrs. format.
E.g. If the folder modification date is 6 June 2020,3:20 PM, so it must be enter as ‘060620201520’.
Command:
Cfrutil.exe /restore 130720201116 e:\cfrbackup-NEHGPXPY
And enter
Restoring of files with start, wait till restore get over
